Tuzi Minor Protection Policy

Tuzi has zero tolerance for any abuse, exploitation, and/or sexualization involving children. Any user who fails to comply with the Tuzi policy outlined below for protecting minors (anyone under the age of 18) may be removed from Tuzi and may face action by law enforcement authorities.

Policy

Age Restrictions
● You must be at least 18 years old to use Tuzi.
● Any attempt to falsify your age to access the platform is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension or deletion.

Link You uses automated and manual systems to detect activity involving minors and child sexual exploitation and abuse ("CSEA"). Any attempt to circumvent these systems is prohibited. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to, the following:

Sexualization of Minors and CSAE (Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation)
● Sharing, creating, or distributing content involving the sexual abuse or sexual exploitation of children.
● Content involving sexual fetishes related to minors, including discussions, sexualized role-play, or sexualized clothing.
● Depicting child nudity or sexualizing children in any form, including artistic representations such as drawings or animations.

Harmful or Dangerous Conduct Involving Minors
● Threatening minors or encouraging or committing physical violence against them.
● Psychologically abusing, coercing, or manipulating minors.
● Depicting or encouraging dangerous activities involving minors.
● Facilitating or depicting the neglect or trafficking of minors.

Appearance of Minors on the Platform
● Minors are strictly prohibited from appearing in live streams, videos, or any other form of content.
● Creating or managing an account on behalf of a minor is prohibited.
● Attempting to falsify an age to access the platform is prohibited.

Reporting Mechanism
● Incidents involving the abuse of minors will be reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or other relevant authorities as required by applicable law.
● Users can report potential violations through the in-app reporting feature or by contacting us at zhiliaoguangzhou@gmail.com.

Prohibited Users
● Users convicted of crimes against children, including but not limited to sexual assault, physical abuse, neglect, or trafficking, are strictly prohibited from using Tuzi.

Enforcement and Transparency

Enforcement Measures
● All violations of the Child Safety Policy will be subject to immediate enforcement action.
● Depending on the severity of the violation, Tuzi may cooperate with law enforcement agencies in their investigations.

User Education
● We educate users about child safety through:
○ Our Child Safety Policy on the platform.
○ Prompts and reminders during content creation and sharing to help users avoid risky situations.
